My visit on 09/08/2026 was very professional. I didn't have a long wait it wasn't 10 minutes. Everyone said, good morning. The testing was explained by the assistant. Dr. Carrera came out to my waiting room. Always nice and professional. He checked my eye thoroughly. I was out of the appointment in less than 45 minutes. He gave me good news. I'll go back in one year. Thankful!! 🦋
As always, the exam and explanation of how my eyes are doing was exceptional. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and competent.
Unfortunately I have had to revise my first review. I can no longer give them a good report or a good score there was something done to my left eye during the surgery and from what I've researched there's a small nerve that can be cut and it was so now I have a drooping brow and reduced vision in my left eye. And I found it very interesting that they actually had a plastic surgeon on duty at Baptist eye surgery center so obviously I must not be the first one this has happened to.
