Everything Perfect! Staff is great!
I recently moved to Portland and was referred to Pham Dental by a co-worker. Dr. Pham and his staff were very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Dr. Pham provided me with high quality care. The billing was explained in advance and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Pham Dental based on the excellent care I received.
Dr. Pham and Carrie are great, I feel that they put a personal touch on what they do and it is much appreciated. I don't care for the office "policies" and mylast email interaction with Tien was unsatisfactory and rude. Carrie absolutely saved me as a patient in your office. I have referred a friend to the office already and I was referred by one of my friends, after reading my last email with Tien they were both upset for me. Dr. Pham is the only dentist I have ever liked and trusted.
