I always have enjoyed the visit to the Office, specially seeing Dr Pham, and Cary. Not once I was unhappy with my Visit. I will definitely refer you my friends.
Everyone there knows my irrational fear of dental procedures. I get panic attacks even during a simple cleaning. Before I booked my first appointment, I explained my fear. They never judged me, and they took very good care of me. Zelma the dental assistant is very sweet and knows her stuff. Dr.Pham is very gentle and extremely patient. As soon as I sit down, he starts the nitrous and won't administer the lidocaine shot until I'm comfortable. I met Dr. Pham several years ago when he was practicing at Gentle Dental. The clinic had a constant change of dentists and for a patient who is devout in dental routine and checkups, it was hard to make changes every 2 to 3 years. When I learned that my dentist at that time was leaving, I asked whom he'd recommend with the choices left at the clinic. Dr. Pham was new but he was highly recommended.
