I feel like part of the family. You all do a wonderful job!
The team rocks! Whoever you work with is friendly and professional. At my last visit the hygienist had a great conversation with me and offered a fluoride treatment no one had presented before. She went out of her way to partner with the office staff to determine if my insurance would cover the treatment. Advise options regarding anesthesia or nitrice oxide at time of scheduling. I only found out neither were being performed when inquiring how long the appoint,emt was. Fortunately in being proactive I was able to share my phobia of dentist and let them know nitrice oxide is a must for me. Dr Pham was great explained he is in no rush and will be careful with extraction and paused during extraction when I needed a moment. I like the new hygienist, she is very gentle but I still felt like I received a thorough cleaning.
My dental assistant Zoma is the best assistant I have ever had assist any dentist I have ever visited. She seems to anticipate the needs of the doctor and the patient without being asked. Truly a great asset to this office.
You guys are always wonderful! You always make me feel like I'm visiting an old friend. Kristen the newbie was great.
For anyone that has a distrust or dislike of dentists……you need to rethink the entire experience! Go to Dr Pham and experience the care and expertise that everyone that goes to the dentist should experience. He cares!! His entire staff cares!!! I would recommend them above and beyone any dental experience that is out there. THE BEST!!!!!
