I love the bao buns but when I had it yesterday the sauces on the food were salty. Every time I pick my food up it’s a long wait time more than 13 minutes even when I place the order in advance and I receive a text saying it’s ready. This has caused me to be late getting back to work twice. Bad Inconvenience
This is stupid, what is this company doing, always super low on staff, the existing staff are super nice and professional but they are always struggling because of the low amount available and customers are always waiting for long times On the 4th of jul there was only one single person running the entire store Get more staff urgently
Broken shelf. Napkin dispenser fell on someone and hit their head. Front of house staff just watched it happened and didn’t apologize or clean it up.
