Present Banyan Property Management is terrible when it comes to homeowner association management. Impossible to reach, non-responsive, overall terrible communication processes and skills. Reagardless of what it is - trying to rent the club-house or reuqesting to explain why there is construction being done on my property premisses without any prior notification. I would never recommend Banyan. They seem only interested in hom much money they can make versus doing a good job. It's always about the money with these clowns.
