Great service I am on the Joggers Run Board of Directors and I deal with Banyan Property Management. every day. Most of the time with our Property Manager, Christine Blundon. She is very knowledgeable worker and has never not answered my question or taken care of a problem I submitted to her.
Banyan When we were new to town we turned to Banyan to help us find a place to live. They showed us several properties and helped us get approved quickly. They really helped us and relieved the stress of finding housing.
Thanks a bunch! I am pleased with their diligent service and the way they handle great tenants and not so great. They often resolve the problem if any, without my involvement. Repairs and maintenance costs are scheduled well in advance and are never a surprise. They do a good job!

Thank you! We rent a place from them and have been here about 6 months. The only problem we had was with the water heater. They replaced it the following day and that was that. we have had no other maintenance issues and they were always pretty easy to deal with.
