Gates always seem to be broken and open allowing anyone to drive in.
I've really enjoyed living here. The staff are sweet and prompt with answering questions and fixing issues. They even put a happy birthday note on my door for my birthday. The neighborhood is well kept and the neighbors are all nice, quiet considerate people/families.
they are happy to collect rent. But, when there is a problem; they are no where to be around. My family is living in a mold/mildew unit and they cannot afford to leave.
Great community. The staff is very attentive to the need of residents. I wish there was another option for cable and internet other than comcast.
The place is very well located. Good schools and shopping all around. The big problem is that the management doesn't care about us, the ones who's paying them. The trash dumpster is not enough for the enormous amount of people living in here.
