What a level of uselessness! Building receptionist: she tells me to go up with the Walmart delivery code, the old man doesn't open, I waste time canceling. When I come down she blurts out: 'You need a code? I can call the old man'. Was it so hard to do that from the beginning? Pure laziness and negligence in a place for elderly. Every time I come to visit, Banyan Place feels clean, calm, and very relaxing. Maria has been exceptional, she’s always kind, helpful, and welcoming, which really makes a difference.
My mom was 99 years old when she finally gave in and opted to live in a Assisted Living Facility. The criteria was tough. When she arrived at Banyan Place at first she was a bit reluctant, but soon she found her groove and started making friend and enjoying the community that she found there. I’m so impressed with Banyan Place, starting with the professionalism and warmth of the leadership team that welcomed my clients with a red cartoet ipon arrival (special mention to Robert) to the welcoming atmosphere and the wellbeing of the residents. This is one beautiful home and I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful place where their loved one will feel right at home from the very beginning 💗
