My wife and I have been residents here at Banyan Bay for more than 7 years now. Lots of exciting changes have taken place, both inside and out. All buildings have had new siding put on, and everything has a fresh coat of paint. Looks really nice when you walk out onto the grounds. We have a nice, clean pool to enjoy as well. Individual experience may vary, but Ive had AC issues since moving in. Last year the AC broke entirely so it was 90 degrees in my apartment for two months before the issue was fixed. They would use maintenance to patch the ac until it finally broke and they were forced to contact professionals. This year, the AC stopped cooling during the day (I keep the thermo at 74-76). Lived here for 3 going on 4 years constant issues, can't keep management, our shower has been broken and they won't fix anything! I can't wait to report this place to the city!
