Lived here for 3 going on 4 years constant issues, can't keep management, our shower has been broken and they won't fix anything! I can't wait to report this place to the city!
What can I say? One of the nicest apartments that we've ever had here in Texas. Very quiet, very clean, great neighbors, the list goes on and on. Sheila, our apartment manager, is the absolute best. Our maintenance man, Juan is one of the best I've ever seen. Overall, we love living here and highly recommend this property.
I have only been living here for 2 years and in those two year Ms. Shelia has definitely made it a joy living here I absolutely love my community. It is very peaceful and my neighbors are very helpful.
Banyan bay is good an definitely a in a good price range and property manager will help and cooperate with there residents and all way wiling to help
