I like this place because that man is really give you more right price when you sell gold more then other gold shops . One day I want to sell one ring he give me 450$ $ but other shops give me offer only 350$ if you go to buy he always check gold current price and then tell you price .
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this jewelry business. The owner behaved in a highly unprofessional and inappropriate manner towards me, which immediately raised serious concerns. During my visit, he also repeatedly bragged about how much money he has, which felt completely out of place and unprofessional. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would even rate them in negative if i could. I visited today to buy something, and there prices were too high and when i was telling them the market price, they guys were like okayy go buy from them in an attitude that was not appropriate at all + their store is so unorganised , they couldn’t find stuff and after looking for 20 min all i got to hear was …ohh!! We don’t know where we kept it ….No apologies, nothing. Will never ever visit this place again
Bad customer service! The lady was constantly saying should I pack, do you want to take this. We were there for only 15 min. Ladies were not trained properly. No bad feeling but I believe she was judging. I know these guys are always scared of stealing but still we were just two normal human. Thanks
Depends on people wealthy can afford to buy jewelry but nowadays not value buying jewelry than gold bars
