My daughter originally tried ear piercing at a highly reputable tattoo shop but the holes had issues so we closed them up. A few years later my daughter was ready to try again and Carlena was highly recommended. She was patient and understanding and was excellent in the piercing process. My daughter had a vasovagal response after and Carlena handled it with compassion and was able to get her water and was so patient until we were steady on our feet. Highly recommend!
