Bannon & Associates was the recommended prep resource for the written exam I had pending. Their policy is an email delivery of the test prep materials within 24 hours, should you request an e-copy within a Monday - Thursday business hour window. I placed an order within that window. I immediately received an order acknowledgement that my card would be charged. However days passed and no prep material was provided to me.
