When our dog suddenly fell ill, BAMC was the only place that gave us hope and gave us more time with our best friend. Not once did they make me feel bad for always calling them when I had a concern, but they also gave us 3-4 months longer than we had thought. After he passed we received a letter with their condolences which we greatly appreciated. Caring, knowledgable staff. My animals always receive top notch care.
Treatment was frustrating and the staff was not understanding. They did not seem to care that we were going elsewhere after already being treated there and building a history. No budge on expensive measures.

After recently moving to Idaho from Mississippi, I was worried about taking my fur babies to just any vet but the staff at BAMC eased my worries & took good care of my babies. Dr. Rantala was very supportive & caring when she met me after hours on a Sunday evening to take care of my Boston Terrier Wally when he passed away on me at my home last month! I will continue to take my baby, Madison here and any future babies! Thank you BAMC!
