They really put their hearts into taking care of the animals. they are nice and friendly and make you feel welcome. Their prices are fair, especially what they charge to cut nails. I can have both of my girls nails trimmed for $5.00!!! After spending money there they count points and you can use the points for free procedures. it's awesome!! they are great and I highly recommend Bannock Animal Medical Center.

I cant stand you people. I called in for an emergency admittance for a 5 week old puppy. something is wrong with the pup and we needed help. my wife was told that our tiny little dog would seen for 190.00. we have 180.00 its 2 a.m at this time and the wonderful person. we spoke with said unfortunately we need 190 sorry. me and my wife have spent the last two hours watching a small innocent puppy fight for air and slowly die in front of us. it whimpers in pain and just wants to breath... I cant find the ten dollars so I watch... read more

All of your staff is so super caring to my dogs and I notice the caring goes towards every animal that comes thru the door. 2 of my dogs just got spayed and their incision was done so good... And they are both healing really well. I was so touched that someone actually called every day for a few days to check to see how they were doing... Dr. Rantala is an amazing vet. Thank you so much!!
We really appreciate that Dr. Rantala and her staff were so kind and compassionate to our dog Rocky and also to us as a family during our visits and also during our recent difficult visit in which we had to let our Rocky pass on. They helped to make this an easier time for us and Dr. Rantala was willing to come in after she had finished work for the day to help accommodate us. I took my dog beanie into the vet to have her nails trimmed the reason I do this is so that I don’t cut them too short and leave her in pain well that’s exactly what they did and I’m not talking just a little bit too short it looks like they handed the clippers to a child and said here practice!!! Several of her nails are cut ALMOST OFF!! I have never been so pissed in my life and nothing would make me happier than to give the vet who did it a good old nail trim myself but I can’t. 🤬🤬🤬 I would NEVER take your animals here... read more
Just wanted to thank you for helping me take care of JJ the best we could. Old age eventually caught up to him. Thank you for helping me say goodbye. I know he appreciated all the help and treatments and kindness your office offered. He always seemed to cheer up after a visit.
