I brought my babies In for their annual visit, not a happy time for Sis. I want to thank Dr. Rantala and the great staff for making a terrifying trip for Sis into a worrisome visit. You guys handle her fear so gently. Thank you!

After having an emotional break down and calling the Bannock Animal Medical Center in hysterics they got my stupid dog in and are wrapping her tail. They treated us all so well and I’m very grateful. I apologize again for my insane hormones and I really appreciate what they’ve done for me today. This momma had just had enough.

My wife has been taking her dogs to you for 10 years and your service just keeps getting worse and worse. Charging outrageous prices for procedures that you recommend she have done and then you not performing those procedures to a professional manner. Recommending procedures that the dogs don't even need just so you can get the all mighty dollar. We just want to be treated with respect and not with the attitude to make more money at our expense.
BAMC is amazing. The staff, techs, and Dr. remember your pet (Not so much you, but they are a vet afterall). Animals are their life and they treat you as such. Very caring and attentive. I felt like they wanted the best for my fur baby.

Bannock Animal has always been so good to us and our dog/s. We first came 11 years ago with our Boston and then she broke her leg months later, Boz had a rough first year but Bannock was amazing to work with, and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for Bozlee over the last 11 years. She loved all of the nurses and drs she saw, and even other animals!!!
I went to Pocatello Community animal hospital first and was treated terribly left before services were even started and went to Bannock animal medical center instead and got 100% better service! I definitely recommend them. The receptionist/vet is the sweetest person and you just know she truly loves animals! She treated me and my family including my dog amazing! I will definitely go back!

I am so thankful to have found BAMC! What an amazing facility with the best, most caring, most compassionate staff and doctors. My "pack" loves their visits to see their BAMC family and we are always treated above and beyond expected!
