Horrible. They only see you if you have a paper id card from your insurance....won't take electronic card and won't take the time to verify online or by phone. Snitty lazy receptionist. Can't comment on the care they provide because i couldn't get past check in. Went to Nextcare....absolutely no problem with electronic Id. Checked in, was seen by a great PA , had a minor procedure done and was out in an hour. Everybody was friendly. Banner could take some lessons from them about how to treat people.
Banner corporate needs to link the urgent care to their system. I am a Banner patient and they can't even access my full medical profile and the insurance. It's hard for the people atthe facility.
I loved how spacious the office was. Unfortunately, that is my only positive comment. We arrived at 1pm. Approx 10 mins later, the only patient in the waiting room besides us, gets called back. 120pm, we are called back to our room. As my son was getting his vitals, I heard the doctor finally talking to the other patient, and I confirmed we were the only people to be seen. 130p the doc finally comes in. 148pm we can leave....WTF??? I had to pick twins and Madi up at 155p. I can 100% totally understand if you are crazy busy..... read more
Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Came in seeking advice and an MRI order. No problem at all. These guys are great.���
