Fast service, in and out in 10 min. Dr did what I needed. Front lady was nice.
I was just there last week very professional. Liked it very much hardly any wait.
My son and my husband both needed after hours care last week. The staff was efficient, the care was prompt, and we were really happy with the entire process.
Employees unprofessional while joking with each other. Female employee told guy at the desk, "I'll kick your ass.' A mother with her two little boys sitting right there!! Seriously?! Not only that, my mom was sent home with someone else's discharge instructions mixed in with hers. She called to let them know. They said,"Don't worry about it. Just toss it..."
Most unprofessional place I have been in a very long time. Not only a 2 hour wait to be seen - because of new computer proceedures they did not know how to use (per the staff) but the PA came in, did not address any of my issues, Having an upper respriatory infection,I was afraid it was turning into pneumonia. She did not even listen to my lungs. Said to take asprin to combat fever. Also, I understand why it is kept cold in Dr's offices but no blankets or something for those that are really sick and cannot tolerate the cold?... read more
I was the first person in the door at 8:00 am but it took 2 hours for me to be seen and discharged. It spent 45 minutes alone in the room with no update. I could hear the nurse practitioner joking in the hall with the other nurses about personal business. I will not be using their services again.
They did help anyone for the two hours I was there and they sounded like they were partying in the back and not helping anyone I didn't understand why it took such along time to see someone there were only four of us out there four those two hours and not one person came out so I left when she said it was going to be anouther hour
