Was having issues with asthma, my reg dr couldn't get me in so I came here. The check in process was easy but there is a sign that says let us know immediately if you are having any of the issues listed, one of which was shortness of breath. I let her know that I was having that issue but still had to wait about 10 min to be called back. The nurse was very nice, took all my info, confirmed meds & what I've been taking. I don't remember the name of the doctor there but he was very understanding and helpful to me. I'd definitely go back, but hopefully I won't need to.
They for one only gave me the meds no discharge papers went back said they hadnt seen me there was no record mine you i have the papers for meds now i am trying to see were to go for papers because need them for my job.
No enthusiasm, in care of patiens....differently cold fish place wouldnt go there unless it is urgent care only.
So I don't normally go to dr. Or Er,urgent care unless I'm really sick. I didn't like this place because the dr. even ask me why I was there I had to tell him. Didn't even tell me what was wrong with me I had to ask.
