my wife's in Banner Urgent Care on Gilbert and Southern her appointment is at 5:45 it is 6:35 and all she went in for was an earache Banner urgent cares just as bad as Banner emergency room may be worse she probably would have been seen in the emergency room by now
Nice people, but clueless. I came in to have my dislocated little toe put back in joint (you could clearly see it was sideways, and you could feel the problem), and the doctor took an xray and told me there was nothing wrong. Talk about being gaslighted! Of course there is something wrong. He never touched the toe, would hardly look at it. Told me to see someone else. It was easy to go on Line and check in, it gave me choices as to times available. No wait when I arrived
First time using the online check-in and love that option. Quick hardly any waiting and felt completely comfortable with the care I received.
I would rather give this horrible place a zero. I was in Monday not feeling well. I paid 75.00 for a PA to tell me nothing is wrong. I had a fever � I had a stiff neck and shoulders and pain down my back up to my head that felt like the worst migraine from hell. Later that afternoon I ended in the hospital needing to be tested for meningitis!!!!! Never trust this place to treat you. They have no doctors to treat you only P.A’s that clearly need more schooling �� Never come here unless you want to die.
My son cut his finger real bad they fixed him right up! Great place, great people! Thank you!
