Got in and out within 15 min everyone was nice and took care of my daughter.
The wait seemed long to me considering there was no one else in the waiting room with me. The NP ended up not being able to do anything for my son and we ended up leaving and going to a pediatric urgent care. Literally all they did was some vitals and I spoke to the NP and I'm sure we'll end up with a whopping bill. The staff was nice enough but it ended up being a waste of time & money. Unfortunately I couldn't know that until I'd waited to be seen. Live & learn I guess.
People were fine. My son had a pretty long wait. This location was Urgent Care Extra but changed the Banner Urgent care answer we did not realize. I have the same insurance as last year.it use to cost me under $100. My son's visit for Strep almost $450.00. He did not even see a Physician he saw a PA or a NP. My fault for not checking. Banners fault for charging ridiculous rates and paying their Execs ridiculous salaries!
In and out in under an hour and the doctor was so sweet :)
