Horrible. After waiting over an hour, the nurse practitioner said I needed a trigger point injection and they did not do them at that location. When I called her out on her lie - my husband had gotten one two weeks prior at that same location, she said "I choose not to do them. There are 140 practitioners in the system and we are all different." Really? If the protocol treatment is a trigger point injection and you don't or can't do them...why are you working there.
This was my second visit here for a different issue than the first visit. I have had good care and good service here. My family members have been here several times and we will come back if needed.
Thank you to PA and Ma that took care of me... I didnt feel judged at all when i came in crying with my bloody fingers and broken nails. The staff was caring and professional.
Staff was kind and nice. My wait time was not to long. Took my granddaughter here also we didn't have a problem then. Will keep going here.
I had no issues with anything. Yes I believe there should be more than 1 Dr. I get cutbacks but that is not smart on any level.
I will never come back to this urgent care. The staff is disrespectful against any type of minorities. Blatantly disrespected me several times. You think being in 2017 people can be understanding towards you but no. Save your trip and go to the hospital or die. They won't give you that type at this place.
