We had to wait over almost 1 hr and half. Longest wait ever. Not too happy with the how long it took just to get called back and had to wait again to see the dr.

Not impressed. Wait time in the lobby was 30 minutes even though there was no one else waiting. My wife still had to wait an hour to see someone once she was admitted. Then, the person she saw (a PA) began asking her the same questions she had answered less than a week earlier at this facility when she was diagnosed with pneumonia and extremely low iron level in her blood. I have been to this urgent care a few times and I have never had to wait a long time but that maybe in part I try to get there before people's lunch hour and around dinner time. The staff has been courteous and the doctors and P.A.'s were compassionate & concerned with my health issues. I feel comfortable at this facility

I have been there multiple times and the wait time was excellent! This time, not so lucky. When I arrived, there was a sticky note that said to sign in and that they would be back in 30 minutes (no time). I spend 2 hours there! After being triaged and giving all of my symptoms, the dr came in with nothing in hand asking me while I was there. Really??? I have to say it again.

Went yesterday evening with what I thought was strep throat and a severe panic attack. Office girls are very friendly, Doctor was friendly, gave me meds for the panic attack. I didn't wait long either. Not your typical wait at an urgent care, and the office and patient rooms are so clean u could probably eat off the floors. Lol. Would recommend going here if u can't wait to see your pcp.

We just moved to the valley and do not have primary care physicians selected yet. Our 11 year old son became very ill on a Friday night and it was such a Godsend to have an urgent care available. They were kind, efficient, accurate, and concerned enough to spend quality time with him, getting to know him and asking and LISTENING to his answers. He has special needs and usually has a difficult time at doctors offices. We left in a very reasonable amount of time with everything we needed for him to recover. Very pleased to say... read more

Initial care was good. Followup is absolutely horrendous. I called in yesterday to get the results of my MRI. I waited 6 hours and still didn't get a call back. I called again today, and the nurse - apparently there's only one so you know who you are - told me she would call me "right back". I call back 3 hours later and she's left for the day. The guy answering the phone says she's busy. Aww, so sad. I'm in pain. Can someone please call me with my freaking MRI results?!?
