fast and wonderful service
I went here on January 1st. I was diagnosed with the flu and given a note for one day off of work after being told the NP would give me a note for the rest of the week off. When I got home, I realized their mistake and called them immediately to get a new note. The receptionist said they gave the max time off from work that their system would allow which was three days. Went in to check on uti, lab work was sent out, came back in 3 days, got a VM from office, called the next day and left msg, no call back , called day after, left msg no call back. Finally got called back a week later, was on wrong antibiotics, needed a different one. Shouldn't have taken so long for call back.
I waited 45 minutes in the room before I had to go talk to a nurse to find out what the holdup was. I was the only person in there. Especially when you have a sick autistic child it makes it for a difficult visit. I ended up walking out. Worst place ever. I will never be back there. Never again. Get more doctors there. And you won't have that problem. Urgent my Ass!! More like slowest in the west.
Horrible customer service and had to wait almost two hours before seeing a doctor. Only 3 people in the lobby when I got here.
I came in after having a high fever for a couple days in hopes of getting a diagnosis and possible medication to help. My fever was 102.9 they gave me Tylenol and sent me home basically. I was negative for flu and strep and the NP either didn't know any other diagnosis for me or didn't care to figure out one. I paid $75 with insurance even though my copay is $25.
