I went in there yesterday for a few things and everyone was so nice and caring for the receptionist to the PA . Best choice I have made. I have gone to other urgent care centers and they are always trying to get you out asap. They took the time to exam me and treat me. I'm a very happy patient. I also work for Banner, so I'm happy to see a Banner urgent care that cares for the well being of its patients.
I have been going there since before they became banner and again late last night. Made appt online (awesome) so no wait when we got there and very nice and sensible staff. PA was wonderful and informative. Best service ive had yet!!!!
I have been trying to dispute charges and make a complaint about services but could not find that option on your phone system. If your follow up from my first visit had been effective, I wouldn't have had to go back a second time, or third time. Please have someone get ahold of me.
Went there because I wasnt feeling good at all they took good care of me and the staff I quite friendly :) over all a good experience
I took my 7 month old in all the staff were super friendly and they got my daughter back fast . Amazing place I would definitely recommend to my friends and family .
