I was a patient here for 11 or 12 years. When my PCP moved on to management with another provider, UMC North Hills "threw me under the bus" as none of their doctors had time for somebody who came in once or twice a year. All of a sudden I was a "new" patient.
Two years in a row I have waited over an hour to see the doctor! Policy is after 15 minutes they notify you, they don't! 45 min after my appointment a rude,abrupt and cold nurse checks me! I still haven't seen my doctor and I've been waiting for 65 minutes, all I need is my prescription filled! I like my doctor but this is ridiculous!
