Richard Kelly (Rick) was very accommodating and met me at home the same day to evaluate the situation. He was knowledgeable and discussed with me the scope of the problem, how to correct it and followed up with an emailed inspection report the following morning. I highly recommend Banner Pest Control! After moving this spring to a new home surrounded by woods, we quickly realized mosquitoes & ticks were going to be an issue. I could barely last on the porch for 5 minutes, and we were picking ticks off the doggo daily (eww!) Since we started their monthly program, we can finally enjoy the great outdoors again - what a huge a difference! I only wish we had called Banner sooner!!! I called Rick about bees that were getting into my bedroom thru a hole in the ceiling that they burrowed. He came right out to take care of them for me. Rick is very friendly and accommodating, and is very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend him and will use him again.
