I don’t know what happened since I ordered cpap supplies in January, but I ordered supplies in April. I called in a week for status. The order had been lost. The Representitive told me she would mark the order urgent and that orders are processed in 3 days. I patiently waited a week. No one had called for my credit card for the copay. I was then told it takes 2 weeks to process an order and there was no indication it was urgent. What a joke. We were told by there employees they take insurance with a prescription. I needed a knee cart and spent all day with them on the phone onky to be told at 6 pm they do not take insurance its a pay per private company. Wish we would have been told that 8 hours prior so i could have gotten a knee scotter for my vacation. Great way to mess up my vacation. You need to remove the Banner name.
