Dr. Graves and his team are seriously the best. Friendly, personable, and prompt. Best doctor visit experience I’ve ever had, 10/10
They have a 7 to 10 day policy regarding paperwork. This means that when I asked them to fill out a return to work authorization form for my job they told me I had to wait 7 to 10 business days to have that form filled out. (There were no medical restrictions, this is purely an administrative policy.)This means that, like most jobs, mine would not let me return to work until the form was filled out. (10 to 30 second timeframe to fill out) I am probably going to lose my job and I will be litigating.
Was not happy with this place because I had pulled my kids out of school to get my daughter's cast off, and I have taken off work, my appointment that I chose was at 10:15 so we got there at 10:00. They tried telling us our appointment was at 9:15 that morning and we had missed it and that they could not see us again until 1:15 that day...This caused my kids to miss an entire day of school for no reason when I was correct about my appointment time and they were wrong. I wasted time, gas, and my kids education because of this... read more
They helped my mom after her fall, she had to have surgery. Treated her so good. When I changed Care provider I chose Banner. They provide referrals quickly and really listen. The front staff is friendly and funny. The doctors are great as well. Mom is working with Dr Graves & Dr Paul, I am currently working with Dr Atwood & Dr Heasley * . Awesome group of people.
