The endocrinology unit has AWFUL customer service. The only provider that actually heard me out and assisted me was Dr Kumar. However her assistant treated me like i was lower than her, and spoke to me like i was stupid when i didn’t understand what was being explained to me.
This whole place if knowledgeable and they excell at what they do, Ive tried many other offices but always have come back here, This office cares is realistic,informative,prepared! They understand Diabetes and how it affects you day to day. As a type 1 things are Extreamly Difficult And Invisible to the world. This office not only sees the crippling Invisible disability, They have a way of Painting a modular picture. Something you can look at and adjust when necessary.
