If it wasn't for Dr. Larouche, I wouldn't be coming here. I never had issues with him. The current clinic manager, kimberly and Von the medical assistants I spoke with are all incompetent. I have spoken with a million people and explained the issue a million times and everyone says it's going to be resolved, yet my billing issue is still not resolved and been going on for months. I was blindly billed for a derm screen when the dr looked at one mole on my head, if I had known I was paying for a derm screen which I would be fine with if my entire body had been checked. Now I still have to go to the dermatologist. I will not be choosing Banner again. Also still waiting on my prescription that was never filled.
