Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Especially dealing with helping those struggling with mental health issues. I am blown away by the continued lack of professionalism within this practice. Do not recommend to anyone needing help. My only bad review I have ever written but well deserved.
The lady that runs the scheduling for behavioral health appointments literally hung up on me because I disagreed with the way the make you call every 30 days to stay on their wait list. She is terrible at her job and a very awful person to have in behavioral health. She has no idea what she is doing and is extremely controlling over the whole process instead of being helpful. Will never work with them again.
Had good experience with Banner Behavioral Health for many years. But the last year or so they changed dramatically. Doctors were unwilling to help with certain issues that came up in my life and wanted to pawn me off on other doctors. Front desk and billing department turned super rude. Would not recommend one bit Banner Health Care is a joke.
