Doctors and PA are very nice and helpful and they are always friendly
You don't actually see a doctor. Which means when you go to email a provider there is no option. So I guess you're better off waiting 2 months to have your symptoms dismissed by an actual doctor at UCH not just some random nurse with generalized knowledge. 0/10
My experience with Brandon Jones and Banner Health has been disappointing. I first saw Brandon in March to address ongoing gut issues. Although he ordered several tests, he made no effort to introduce himself and spent less than 10 minutes with me—treating me more like a chart number than a patient. I have waited months for an appointment for a sleep study finally get one and am given defective equipment. Took half a day off of work for the appointment got home hooked the machine up error code. The help desk literally had me sitting there at 10pm disconnecting the wires and blowing into them like a Nintendo cartridge over and over. Only to be told to return it the next day for a replacement. So now I have to wait at least another month for this.
