RecommendedI highly recommend Dr Jones(Pediatrician) at this location. My son has seen him since the day he was born and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is so amazing and thorough. Definitely the perfect Pediatrician every parent dreams of!
I love going to banner health have only had one complaint and it was a secretary answering the phones her name was Vanessa and she was super rude when I tried to reschedule didn’t give me and information and was very short ended I’m almost 8 months pregnant and am suppose to go there ever 2 weeks I don’t own my own car so it’s difficult to plan out rides well I got frustrated and wished her a good day because I am not rude well when I called back to reschedule it was a completely different person who answered which I’m thank... read more
My husband and I take our two boys ages 2 and 12 weeks to see doctor Horton and he is amazing! I feel like he cares about my babies as much as I do. Dr. Horton isn't scared of getting a second opinion and it saved my son from having to be put under a twilight sleep to check his hearing. This made me so happy! But... I love my primary care and decided to do my wellness exam here. I booked a 2:15 appointment today, arriving at 2 as per instructions. It’s now 3:10 and I’m sitting in a room in a gown waiting for the practitioner. I had to ask about the lateness. At no time did anyone say they were running late. We are almost an hour post appt time and no one even checks in. I have a PT appt I will likely be late for at this point. What a RIP OFF!!! Watch out. They collect what they say is the FULL amount at the time of your visit. Then they send you another bill in the mail saying that you owe more...LIARS and DECEIVERS!! I wish I could give them a 0 star rating.
My first appointment went very well. The staff was very attentive, the wait was short, much shorter then I used to, the Dr. Rivera-Padila has been very attentive.
I see Dr. McClure and my family does as well. He is so friendly and helpful. All of the providers take time with you. They answer all and any questions you have.
