We've had a wonderful experience at Banner QC over the past year. The midwife on staff, Jennifer Wright, went above and beyond our entire pregnancy to make sure we were taken care of and able to have the birth we had hoped for. Truly could not have asked for a better care provider this pregnancy. The nursing assistant, Camille, is also great--friendly and helpful. Our kids see Dr. Horton as their pediatrician. The service given to patients who call is beyond rude. I was left on hold for 37 minutes. I some how can't believe it takes that long to reach an operator. What nerve to assume a patient can wait that long to speak to someone. SHAME
I will be taking mine and my family's medical needs elsewhere. After making an appointment and showing up on time, I have been told twice that I couldn't be seen and I'd have to reschedule. Enough of piss poor scheduling and office management. Office staff has wrongly read and interpreted my insurance coverage numerous times. Consumer beware!!!
As a former Banner employee I chose to come back to Dr Rivera! He is an amazing doctor and I drove from Maricopa! So glad to see him again!!!!!
