Debra Meschner, PA at Phx Med Group, part of Banner Health took me off a medication she should never have done - multiple articles say not to do this - due to her negligence it put me in the ER in Dec and Jan 2017. I had convulsions, lung issues, heart issues as well as lack of balance, electrical shocks and hallucinations. Both she and PMG have ignored my situation. I can no longer do any activities I used to do. I am 59. If I was 79 I would probably be dead now. This is my warning for you.
My niece said they put her in the waiting room with a hospital gown and blanket... don't think that is professional at all
