Professional and friendly owner and staff. Like all contractors, their schedule is backed up, but they are getting it done. Deffinately reccomend this business.
They gave us an estimate which we accepted in early April 2021. We had the required electrical work done on 4/26. We were put off repeatedly for installation and finally told months later that they were backed up and could not do it until the spring of the next year, if at all. Emails were rarely replied to. We were even were given an installation appointment in June and waited at home all day. We never even got a phone call about it or an apology when I contacted them.
