The store is locked at 10:12 AM on a Wednesday. I drove all the way there only to be met with closed store. No answer on the phone. Not good business practice!!

We purchased a bamboo floor from Banner Carpets in Santa Monica. It was defective from the first day. The owner was absolutely unhelpful. When he was selling he assured me "you have a guarantee" if you aren't happy it will be fixed. When I told him I was not happy his response was "what do you want me to do, rip it out and do it over again?" He did not take "yes" as a serious answer.
