Dr. Bannai pulled two of my son's baby teeth. He was so gentle that my son didn't even realize they were out until he saw them. Later in the day, Dr. Bannai and his office manager separately called to check on him and see how he was feeling. I would strongly recommend Dr. Bannai to anyone.
Dr. Bannai and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Bannai has a great sense of humor while still maintaining his professionalism. When I am there I always feel like I am getting the best possible service.
The willingness to help, the sincere nature of the staff, and the calmness of Dr. Bannai made a potentially problematic situation, very easy. Going to the Dentist to have work done used to be a challenge; now after such a pleasant experience, I have the utmost respect and trust for Dr. Bannai and his staff.
