The selection coordinator was amazing, we don't know how we would have done this without her guidance. She understood our wants and needs and saved us so much time and wasted money.The process was flawless ' entirely contrary to what we anticipated it being. Everybody did an exceptional job and we completely agree and understand with Banks Home Building Inc's 'inclusive price philosophy', no hidden extras or surprise change orders!
We were initially opposed to building a new home, but we fell in love with a beautiful property overlooking a golf course, with western sunsets, and decided to take advantage of it. We have had a professional relationship with Banks Home Building Inc for approximately 11 years and two houses. The company has handled all kinds of projects for us, large and small, in a timely manner and with expertise. They have completed small outside projects such as new brick paved walkways and new concrete front steps, concrete flooring in the garage, and outside accent lighting.
