we have received excellent service and those who helped were courteous.
Run. Run. Far away. Scary horrific workmanship. Definaty not the old banks body shop where you could count on quality. Tim has no ethics or pride in his shop. Time for someone to step in and right the ship. She's sinking. Fast.
The collision center is ridiculous, Their service is terrible. They did not fix my son' s car properly after a month and did more damage and then said they were not responsible. He had to take it back 3 times. I have purchased and leased 7 vehicles from Banks and the service department is excellent as well as Mike Vaillancourt but I would NEVER take my car to the collision center.
