Best guys around to work with! They went above and beyond for my husband and I! Jared, Wes, and Tim you guys are the best and I honestly can't thank all of you guys enough! The best customer service I have ever experienced!
Called to check on truck. Only person who can give information is "Rick" was told Rick will call in a few minutes. 6hrs later no call. I called again and he is on lunch. So far an hour and a half lunch. Never again and I'll take my truck bedless and all and go somewhere else! Highest volume dealer sure but having more "ricks" would help. Figured I bought it there might as well give them the business on the collision side. WRONG
Horrible communication on their end. I have been told 3 different dates (all of which have been pushed back from original date I was told) and I had to call each time to get an update. If you cannot deliver customer service and communicate to your customers you have a poor business model.
