I am so disappointed in Banks Collision center in concord. Truck has been there twice for the same repair. The first time they failed to fix all the damage. They admitted there mistake . The second time the workmanship was so poor they apologized again and admitted it wasn’t a quality job. My advice is to stay away from Banks Collision. Read all the awful reviews online about them. Feel free to share this post and save a friend or family member from dealing with them. Banks Collision just can’t get the job done.

Im not surprised to see so many negative reviews here. They fixed some scratches on my brand new vehicle. I go to pick it up (2weeks after date they committed it would be done) and noticed the scratches were still visable (clearly didnt sand enough). There was runs in the paint. Last but not least, a new dent on the door they just painted. I immediately brought it to there attention. We brought our 2018 RAV4 in for bumper damage from an accident. They were very nice however, when we got our vehicle back they had missed touching up some chipped paint. In addition to that the driver door had 2 new dings in it. We had to schedule a second appointment and rental to have those taken care of. We get it back and find that those two spots were not fixed correctly and still showed right after it rained that day. We have called and left several messages and no response for three weeks now. Make each and every customer a priority (whether or not a major or minor incident)! Do not damage their vehicle in order to make more money out of them! Do not charge the customer for the company's mistakes! Even if I had a minor accident, I was never their priority. It took them a week and a half to return my car to me because they negligently damaged my car TWICE in order to keep it longer and force me to prolong my rental purchase in order to make more money (which I was unable to do because I am too young--19). I had my front bumper cover painted there 3 years ago, since then the paint has been peeling, and a big strip of paint blew off in the car wash...not good quality painters.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I wasn’t the customer but my mom was and she was treated horribly. The lady at the front desk was rude and my mom walked out because she was so rude and the lady kept talking even after she walked out. I’m beside myself.
