After some research I contacted Banko for my garage door opening issue. They scheduled an appt for this morning between 8 and 12. Dave showed up around 8:45. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I explained what was happening and he immediately stated what he suspected the issue was. Turns out he was 100% correct. He fixed the issue, lubed up the rollers, replaced my worn weather seal (at my request), and it was a wrap in 30 minutes. Very punctual very understanding did a great job
Today, We didn't know what to expect. The power went out and came back on and suddenly, the garage door was not working. Banko Overhead Doors was the first place I called. They scheduled me for service and had Angel the technician at my doorstep within two days. He was great, friendly and knowledge. He diagnosed and assessed the problem within a few minutes and within an hour, we were back in business. Kudos and thanks to Angel and Banko Overhead Doors for an excellent repair.

Nolan showed up nice and early and got to work. He took care of fixing the garage sensors, lubricating the tracks, and oiled the spring for a more smooth opening! Everything was quick and easy! Highly recommend Nolan!
