I would have given them negative 10 stars if we could, this take over of a good well functioning Bank of the West has been the worst turn out I ***** personally seen. I agree with everything below!! The recently took over Bank of the West and within a month experiencing issues I never experienced with Bank of the West. They dont listen or try to resolve your concern was hung up by associate she pointing out my concerns on how things have been changed on my acct with no notification. We will be changing our banking institution due to the lack of customer support and making changes on our account that were not authorized.
Horrible bank. They took my money out of my checking account with a check I wrote to pay my credit card. This was during the lock out change over period from bank of the west. Then didnt apply the money to my credit card. Crooks. Shady. Horrible I understand how you feel bull c*** customer service. They literally took a teachers money and lost it.
I agreed will all other customers' complaints down here about this lousy Bank in businesses. I opened new account and transferred from ********* to my new account with *** 3 times successfully. One time was rejected because wrong amount over limit by a day. Had my account hacked and spent 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. After waiting the first 30 minutes was disconnected by ***.Hackers changed my phone number so I never received an alert! Never received an email either. Money was transferred out of my account w/o my knowledge!Do not use this BANK unsafe.
This bank is AWFUL! Holding my money hostage Ive been calling for 4 days to resolve an issue with a profile hold and have talked to 5 people. One hung up on me, each one telling me a completely different story each time. On the 4th day to be told I have to talk to fraud department but their to busy, to call back on Monday because they dont work on the weekends. What kind of bank is this? Do not trust these people with my money. They get no star from me(I had to put one).

My husbands atm card had a activity block on it and the bank could not verify the transaction in question me to unblock his card. Which he needed to use. We share the same joint account but the refused to given the information about the transactions in question. Therefore my husband had no access to our money.
I recently had bank fraud on my account just days after switching from bank of the west. It was very disappointing that neither telephone customer service rep or in house bank rep expressed any empathy for this terrible situation. After over 30 years with bank of the west, I will be looking for a new banking institution.
