On April 1st, my wife and I met with Thomas Daly Mortgage Officer with Bank of America regarding refinancing a home quity loan we have with Bank of America. As of May 3rd we have not received any response from Thomas Daly. We have emailed him, called the branch, left messages, and still 32 days have gone by and no answer from Thomas.
