I have a small business account with BOA and recently they began charging an additional $14 for 'Business Fundamentals' which translates into RIPOFF for NOTHING. I am now paying more for getting less. My local branch closes their drive through services at noon (not to great for those of us who are handicapped) and there was ONE teller today when I went in (3 customers ahead of me) and ONE 'greeter' who evidently is there to chat up the customers while we wait and wait and wait in line.
