Today I went to Bank of America to try to deposit some cash into my friends account and was told that Bank of America NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH AS CURRENCY FOR DEPOSITS! They said that I would have to write a check and wait 3 days for the check to clear and only then would the money be transferred into her account or if I opened up my own Bank of America account then and only then could I deposit cash into any account. What a croc this bank is I'm so glad I no longer bank with you guys!
Their tellers suck. They make it so difficult to do anything here especially if you're not a client of theirs. They don't want to help anyone unless you're a consistent client.
3 brick and mortors and either the drive is not open or the drive thrus have permanently closed. 2 of 3 with long lines inside and 1 CSR. POOR MANAGING POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE = close out all 3 accts.
Anyone else have their house stolen by BOA and given for free to fannie mae at the county sale? Something very wrong here, in 2008 10 million homes were takin away because of the big banks housing balloon burst, and the people thrown out on the street. I know the media made it look like it was the home owners fault, but who took the jobs and who made the value of your home go down 40%?
I spent almost an hour and a half today trying to open up another account at B of A today but they weren't able to accomplish it and I will have to return. The fact that I have two personal accounts and five business accounts would lead one to believe that it would be simple to add another. Not so. Each time, each and every time I have to come into a branch, I have to come back later to accomplish my purpose. I can't believe that they are putting a hold on a government check from Thursday till Monday night. I will be switching banks after the check clears. You people suck
