The iPhone app has ridiculously inaccurate info on it, with almost insulting, calculations about my account. It says I spend over $5,000 more per month than I earn! That is blatantly untrue, and how can they even make assumptions about what I earn? I spent 3hrs waiting for service!!! Only 3 employees working this morning. Needed to open a new checking account after my old one was compromised yesterday!!! Poorest customer service ever!!! Thinking seriously about switching banks
Time to bank elsewhere ���wish I could say it's been a pleasure.
U close at 4:30. The bank nearest my house closed the drive through. Always only 1 person working the desk. I don't have 20 minutes to spend at the bank.
Spent 30 minutes on hold while being urged to ensure I had my account number only to be told I can’t close the account on a Saturday. What a waste of time. Poor customer service.
