BOA is nothing but a fraudulent financial institutions using its structures to rub customers of their money. I will be contacting your CEO to lodge my complaint. If the issue does not get resolved that means mybwife and I are done with the bank. In this case, I will also cut your credit card off.
I have been on hold for 2 hours and I am still on hold at this time. My card is lost and people could be using it and the stupid automated voice keeps telling me to do things on the app which I can't do. This bank is useless.
Become more caring about the people they employ. Cut out the excessive micro-management.
